As soon as you contact us we will get in touch with you and discuss your current situation. We will go over plans on how you can best build your credit, build a savings for a good down payment, as well as understand what to expect in home ownership, and know when you are fully prepared for it!
We don't believe in rushing into being a homeowner. That is why we make a specific plan for each individual person that reaches out to us. We have worked with homeowners of all kinds, and we want to use that knowledge and experience to help you understand when you truly are ready to pull the trigger on that new home!
The Big Question... How is it Free? What is the trick?
Yes, this truly is free. We help you build a simple plan, keep in touch with you to make any changes that may need to be made in the plan for general life adjustments.
When it is all said and done, and you have fully purchased hour home, is when we get our fair share. We STILL DON'T CHARGE YOU A DIME. We get our share from the current home owner that you purchase from. Completely free to you as a buyer! This is why you can count on us to do everything we can into helping you make your goals come to life. Because if you don't get your house, we don't get paid!
What to be ready for....
Not all people are in the same financial situation. So we do not guarantee that working with us will lead to home ownership in a short amount of time. We are willing to work with you as long as you are willing to set goals and achieve them.
Some people will be able to pull the trigger on their home in a few months, other may take a few years depending on their current situations. But don't let that get to you, because no on has the same path of life. We understand this, which is why we make sure to discuss with you directly and plan goals directly towards your path of life.
